The NWS Seattle WA issued an updated flood warning at 3:53 p.m. on Thursday in effect until 11:53 p.m. for Snohomish County.

Seattle is facing severe weather with flood watches, landslide risks, and strong winds as per the National Weather Service.

Cloudy skies will dominate through midday before rain redevelops in the afternoon. Temperatures are expected to peak near 52 degrees around 4 p.m., though it will feel closer to the mid-40s. Winds will shift to the south-southwest and strengthen, with gusts potentially reaching 33 mph late in the afternoon as fans arrive at the stadium.

A levee was breached on the rising Green River early Monday afternoon, just east of Seattle-Tacoma International Airport in western Washington, as another atmospheric river dumps rain over the Pacific Northwest.

Flood Watch issued for parts of Washington including Clallam and King counties due to forecasted heavy rainfall.
