"If you need computers and electronic supplies, this is the place to come to in Columbus. It is truly the supermarket of technology.\n\nThere is a large and dedicated audiovisual section. You will also find a huge variety of gaming supplies. Office and Personal computing, cell phones, laptops, and tablets, and so much more. \n\nNeed some kind of obscure cable or power supply for Home, office, or vehicle? They've probably got it. \n\nDo you need something for regular or 3-D printing? This is a good place to start. They have a lot of those things here too.\n\nAudiovisual presentation materials? They've got you covered. \n\nRobust website for searching out what you are looking for. Chances are you can either find what you need in the store or they can get it for you. \n\nSuper helpful people at the customer service counter in the front of the store. You will note that there is a queue of customers in line to check out most times, but this line moves incredibly fast."

"I was wanting to purchase a stereo and the loudest speakers Best Buy had. I don't usually shop at Best Buy because in Yellowsprings, the rumor is, "Whatever Best Buy Advertises on sale; they never have". I bought what the young man said was the loudest speakers they had. \nThe speakers are not loud at all."

"Would rate 0 stars if I could. Wouldn't price match their own website. Claimed it was an online only offer. Strange because a WalMart a few miles away did price match the SAME deal 45 minutes prior. Manager didn't care and at 6:45am it wasn't as though she had been there for any period of time to have a long enough day to get to that point. Offered 0 solutions just kept saying "no thats online only". Customer service really started to die when COVID hit and its not coming back to life anytime soon when policies aren't the same from Walmart to Walmart. It's not like they have franchisees, they're not Skyline Chili. Asking a one of the biggest retailers in the country to be consistent from store to store isn't unfair or unreasonable."

For years now I haven't been able to maintain a consistent 4K 120Hz signal when connecting a PC to a TV. The signal intermittently drops out whenever I push it anywhere above 4K 60Hz. This has happened on: --2 different TVs (both TCL sets advertised as capable of 4K 120Hz) --2 different PCs...
I’m using a 13-ft Ultra High-Speed HDMI cable to connect my Sonos Arc Ultra Soundbar to my Samsung 77" S90D TV via HDMI eARC (Input 3). I’m experiencing frequent audio dropouts and skips.
The LG OLED G4 seems to be having a significant issue with HDMI2 (eARC). Connecting external video sources to HDMI2 (which work on the other the other 3 HDMIs) do not produce an image (but you can hear sound). I have done all the troubleshooting in the world in order to try to isolate the issue...
